Consumers should understand that not every bug fix is a simple code change, and some fixes that originate in support, and are resolved by LCM, and eventually integrated as part the next major release. This ‘feature’ is an example of one such bug that probably required a complex code change to the ICA transport drivers. This ‘fix’ was then taken by the product team as an enhancement, by which the feature’s product owners inherit and enhance the changes from an architectural perspective.

In any case, I look forward to the release, and will definitely be putting XA 6.5 FP2 to plenty of use! I just hope they included these changes in XenDesktop 7! 🙂
